This year’s edition of the Maratona della Acque run has been scheduled to take place on May 9th, offering participants and visitors alike the chance to enjoy a day surrounded by the waters of the Marmore Falls and Lake Piediluco, and revelling in the spectacular Valnerina landscape. The Acquapendente flag-throwers will be performing at the start and close of the race.

Otricoli (Tr). Otricoli will be celebrating its patron saints, St Vittore and St Fulgenzio, from May 9th to 16th. The main patron saint of Otricoli, St Victor has his feast day on May 14th sat 10.30am with Holy Mass and a procession in period costume. On the evening of the 13th at 9pm there will be the enactment of the saint's martyrdom in the archaeological area of Ocriculum. St Fulgenzio will be commemorated on May 16th.
