On February 25th the Perperugia e Oltre cultural association has scheduled an unusual concert in the Upper Basilica of St Francis'. The Manos Biancas choir of Rome will be performing together with two similar choirs from northern Italy. All choirs are made up of children and adolescents with hearing, visual, cognitive or motor-neurone impediments.
