From August 24th to September 2nd San Martino in Campo will be holding its scartocciatura festival, reviving the convivial atmosphere from when much of the farming in the area was not mechanised. The scartocciatura is the peeling of the corn, removing the dry leaves that enclose the cob. Roasted and buttered corn on the cob is therefore guaranteed.
