Perugia (PG) - The Association of Musical Academy Perugia index MAP Contest 2014 to promote musical creativity of youth.
MAP Contest is open to musical groups and singers of the Perugia area and beyond: the formation of all kinds of music (rock, jazz, metal, etc..) Will be held on Friday 4 Saturday 5 April (preliminaries) and Sunday, April 6, 2014 (the final) at the Auditorium Musical Academy in Perugia, Via Orazio Tramontani, 52, Ponte San Giovanni, Perugia, beginning - for all three evenings - at 22.00.
The purpose of the MAP Contest is also to bring together emerging bands and singers with those professionals who are able to convey their talent in the art circuit where you can show in the near future.
Map Contest 2014 under the patronage of the Municipality of Perugia and Perugiassisi 2019.
The winners, 1st - 2nd - 3rd party and 1st - 2nd - 3rd ranked singer, will be honored Sunday, April 6, 2014.
The Jury of the MAP Contest 2014 will be composed of 5 members, industry experts and professionals in the local journalism.
AWARDS SECTION GROUPS:
1st place: direct access to the second stage of the Tour Music Fest (www.tourmusicfest.it)
2nd place: a day of recording at the studio of the Musical Academy in Terni
3rd: a month of free rehearsal room (max 2 hours per week from Monday to Friday (use by June 2014)
CHAMBER SINGERS AWARDS:
1st place: internships offered by Tour Music Fest at "La Tenuta Cliclamini"
2nd: two registrations at the studio of the Musical Academy in Terni
3rd prize: a recording at the studio of the Musical Academy in Terni
The MAP Contest spreading the musical culture of youth and encourages the comparison between the groups emerging and the environment of music management. It offers space and means to the band, to implement their own artistic skills.
