Norcia (PG) - Like every year, July 1 will begin in Norcia the international courses in musical interpretation, have now reached their thirty-first edition. For two months, so until the end of August, the city of St. Benedict will turn into a big laboratory where the sounds become almost a soundtrack to scan the daily life.
Great international artists will be the teachers of the courses. Among them the famous Cecilia Gasdia, soprano Verona which is among the most successful international opera singers and protagonist, as president of the jury, the transmission of Rai Uno "I leave you a song." Among other teachers, we note the soloists of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, the soloists of the National Academy of Santa Cecilia and many other world-renowned musicians.
350 young protagonists of the courses students come from every where (United States, England, Greece, Ireland, Korea, Japan, Iceland, Germany, ...). Classes are held in prestigious halls such as the Civic Theatre, the auditorium of St. Francis, the Hall Ottobeuren, the Civic Museum (to combine music and history) and many other city halls made available, with rare sensitivity, the Administration municipal courses that will support even with a real economic contribution, reflecting the importance of the promotion of the culture of the city, and through its supply chain, the same territorial economy.
