Gualdo Tadino (PG) - 
On April 30th and May 1st and 6th San Pellegrino will be holding its Festa del Maggio, which derives from a miraculous event that took place way back in 1004. A pilgrim on his way along the Via Francigena from Caprara to San Pellegrino died in his sleep and the following morning the villagers discovered that his pilgrim's staff had miraculously germinated.
