Spoleto (PG) - It will be presented on Monday, July 8, at 17.30 hours at the Library of Palazzo Mauri the book "Midnight in Spoleto" by Paolo Valesio. The book, published earlier this year in the series of contemporary poetry from the publisher Raffaelli, will be presented by the critic and poet Antonio Carlo Ponti, the verses will be read by actor Peter Biondi.

Paul Valesio is a professor of Italian literature at prestigious American universities (Yale and Columbia) and has a long militancy as a poet, novelist and critic; also directs the magazine Italian Poetry Review at the Italian Academy for Advanced Studies in America (located on the campus of Columbia), and collaborates with Italian magazines and newspapers.
