The European Researchers 'Night in Umbria is called SHARPER (Sharing Researchers' Passions for Excellence and Results) to be held September 26, 2014 simultaneously in Perugia, L'Aquila and Ancona from 17 hours to 24 hours.
More than 25 events in the historical center of Perugia, for an appointment that brings together the general public and the research community, a party where entertainment and information mingle and create activities dedicated to science, innovation and technology.
SHARPER tells the passions shared by researchers and public and creates an opportunity to meet and knowledge of the world of research.

SHARPER is a European project co-funded by the European Commission under the Marie Curie Actions (Horizon 2020) and is one of the five selected projects in Italy by the Commission, coordinated by Psiquadro in conjunction with the 'University of Perugia, Università Politecnica delle Marche, INFN - Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso and Observa.
The event is held under the 'patronage of the President of the Republic, under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, University and Research, and the support of local and national institutions are convinced of the importance of the research can have on territorial development and growth of the entire country.
