San Venanzo (TR) - From June 6 to 9, in the small medieval village of Ripalvella, you can experience the atmosphere and the flavors of unique dishes! Each evening you can sample the delights of traditional Umbrian cuisine: antipasti, spaghetti Amatriciana, torta al testo with ham and sausage, fried potatoes and dishes prince of the festival, pappardelle with wild boar and wild boar!
