Perugia (PG) - From 2 to 11 August in the Lacugnano via the XXXIV edition of the Festival of the Snail. A festival dedicated to the vineyard snail and ditch the traditional Umbrian cuisine, cooked roast with gravy, stewed, fried, sautéed with mushrooms and wine.
The menu also typical dishes without snails and cake stuffed to the text in various ways.
