Perugia (PG) - From 19 to 28 July 2013 will be held XXXVIII edition of "The Rite of spaghetti charcoal burners" in Fratticiola Selvatica. The protagonist of the festival is the strand of the charcoal, an ancient dish that was the main meal of charcoal during their activities.
Among the highlights of the festival is to remember the obligation "REVIEW of MULE and packhorse" where you can admire splendid examples of horses from all over Italy. For the duration of the festival will be active the rest of the tavern coal (from 19 hours), where you can taste the typical dishes of the tradition. Each evening will be accompanied by a set of smooth and the younger guests will enjoy the PUB.
The donkey protagonist returns in the closing of the festival, last Sunday, in the famous "STROKE donkeys" which attracts a large number of spectators eager to watch a comedy and somewhat spectacular race full of hilarious falls.
