Montone (PG) - Montone (Pg). On September 12th at 6pm in Piazza Fortebraccio there will be a historical re-enactment of the events that took place here on September 12th 1860, when Piedmontese troops under Manfredo Fanti entered Montone, freeing the city and the Upper Tiber Valley from Papal rule.
