Anyone in need of a refreshing swim over the hot summer months should bear in mind that just two kilometres outside Bevagna there is the swimming pool of the Il Poggio dei pettirossi, which commands magnificent views over the valley below and is within easy reach of a number of Umbria's major historic sights. The pool is open in June and July by prior appointment. Daily rates available.
