Walton Zed at the Cafe Morley

Perugia (PG) - After the success of the artist's personal Salierno Neapolitan Domenico, at the Cafe Morlacchi the project SI-P Art makes an encore. Sunday, April 13, at 18.30, will be inaugurated in the halls of local historic Perugia, the second exhibition of the project conceived and curated by Sabrina Carnevale and Ivano Petrosino. The protagonist of the painting staff is another Neapolitan artist, Walton Zed, aka David Capasso.

Walton Zed is considered among the most promising Italian artists and his works, which will remain on display at the Cafe Morley until May 3, will help to create an atmosphere full of pathos, thanks to the originality of the drawings in which the artist is able to invent a world of fantasy, surreal and warped, which are the background colors typical of science fiction cinema of the '50s and the '20s film noir. By virtue of his inclination to comics, Walton Zed will participate in "Comicon 2014", the International Exhibition of Comics to be held in Naples from 1 to 4 May. Capasso occasion will present the cartoon "Desmomd."

The artist will be present at the opening on April 13 at Morley and will perform in a live performance entitled "Hands like Brushes."

The idea of the project SI-P Art is to create a kind of collaboration-exchange between the cities of Perugia and Naples, which gives the possibility to emerging artists, Umbria and Neapolitan, for "trespassing." And that is to be known through the promotion of their work in new contexts and different from those in which they live and work normally.
