Perugia (PG) - Saturday, November 2nd, 2013 at 21.15 at the Teatro di San Sisto Brecht will be staged "Alice" by MUTATIONS SCHOOL OF THEATRE Fontemaggiore. As the heroine of Carroll, also in this show Alice ends up in a world "other" than his, but he does it voluntarily. It is not a child, it's an adult, and is looking for answers that the "normal" world can not give.
Applications for Alice are the questions that we all do.
Why keep changing? Which path shall I follow? What's behind that door? How do I log in?
Alice begins a journey of initiation at the end of which he will become queen and will return to the world above, because it will have learned to be free of time, free from the sense, to be what it is and not to be what it is. Maybe.
19 actors on stage, some of them adults, other children or adolescents, to tell the challenge to grow through the words of Carroll and the echoes of Jung, Tobie Nathan, Pessoa, plus some songs written by the actors themselves.
The show sees the scene actors from the school Fontemaggiore mutations. People from different age and experience on the stage along with one of the two professional actresses that guide the school.
Alice is a brave little girl. "Alice" for us is the evolution of a path, perhaps a bold experiment, and finally a party.
