Perugia (PG) - From June 7th to 10th Perugia will be hosting the Gluten Free Fest, the first ever festival devoted entirely to glutein free food that aims to increase public awareness on the difficulties faced by those who suffer from gluten allergy in Italy, alongside the troubles this deficiency causes to families of sufferers.
Chiefly organised in the old town centre of Perugia by Sedicieventi, alongside the Associazione Italiana Celiachia (AIC), there will be informative meetings for adults and children, workshops, seminars, book presentations, exhibitions and a more specifically scientific section run by Professor Giuseppe Castellucci - regional coordinator for a network of mothers and child growth.
