Carlo Primieri and all the staff are happy to invite you Primieri Hair Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 18:00 opening of the exhibition-performance Marino Ficola The Soul. "Les Privés du Privé" by Marinella Caputo about design of Charles Primieri to be held at the exhibition space UNU UNONELL'UNICO, which will, for the first time, open to the public.
UNU is an exhibition space unique as it is completely immersed in the story. He was born as a private place, but for its historical and artistic importance we wanted to open it to the public making it usable. The visitor will drop in Roman and medieval past as the walls and vaults of UNU - dating back to the Augustan age with subsequent transformations medieval - are close to the so-called Old Market Niches Romans Todi built to hold an important area of ​​the city old.
The shape of narrow, high and exceptionally evocative of the fornix provide the viewer a strong emotion that creates amazement by its particularity and uniqueness.
These moods and impressions will be filmed and photographed - prior authorization of the same - by skilled operators under the direction of Marinella Caputo, Carlo Marino Ficola and Primieri. All these shots and shooting then will feed into a video, becoming themselves a work of art.
Only after passing certain contingencies, just like the models of the "body-art", the viewer can access and see the work of UNU Marino Ficola kept there: The Soul and view the video of his achievement at a workshop of Charles Primieri. Only at this stage will be the epiphany and it will reveal the story of the "tunnel-cavity", hence the limitation of the exhibition "Les Prives du privé".
Contemporary art and ancient art blend seamlessly making unique exhibition space and the emotion felt. The spectator and especially his emotions are the main protagonists of the event.
On the occasion of Todi Festival, 2013, edited by Silvano Sword, UNU wanted to contribute to the event with an active role in proposing this performace whose theme is the examination of the psyche and the states of mind of the viewer.
This initiative will start an interesting exhibition program which will focus on the exclusivity of the place always proposing installations and stands unique.
