One of the most important exhibitions in Umbria agribusiness has reached its 50th edition. Norcia, the beautiful city of St. Benedict in the heart of the Nera Valley, invites you to participate in the tasting of the King Truffle - black diamond's table-of sausages, cold cuts and cheese.
Also this year, the festival offers a comprehensive program of conferences and recreation, a photo contest demonstrations of the cheese, pork and even wrought iron.
