Perugia. Now in its fourth edition, the Sogni d’Oriente event devoted to Eastern culture and wellbeing disciplines, from meditation to massages, Tai Chi, Yoga and much more, will run at the Rocca Paolina from November 26th to 28th. Representatives of some of the most important Umbrian and Tuscan spa centres will also be present, with a densely packed calendar of conferences and practical demonstrations.
