The book is the result of the work of reorganization, and cataloging the archives of The Farm Colle del Cardinale, located in Badia di Colle Umberto word of Perugia. The papers kept in archives testify, from the late nineteenth century to the present, the historical and administrative Tenuta Colle del Cardinale, one of the most extensive and important in Umbria. The villa is one of the most notable examples of sixteenth-century suburban region of residence, preserves the original structure and, inside, a series of paintings of the Mannerist style. It is named after Cardinal Fulvio Corgna, who had it built in 1575. The estate, which over the years has had many owners has been acquired by the State in 1996. The book will be presented by Luciano Since, historian and anthropologist and Manuel Vaquero Piñeiro, a professor of economic history at the University of Perugia.
