Todi (PG) - From July 27th to September 30th architect Eliana Baglioni will be conducting an olive oil workshop at the didactic farm of the Istituto Agrario Ciuffelli in Bodoglie. As the various seasonal moments of work on the olive trees pass, the idea of the workshop is to combine practical work and theory in order to instil important notions of sustainability in agriculture.
