Città di Castello (PG) - From June 29th to July 1st the Graticole district of Città di Castello will be holding its very own Sagra della Tigella, combined with a festival devoted to mortadella. The tigella is a particular local variety of unleavened bread that is usually eaten stuffed with ham, mortadella and cheese. Food stands serving typical local specialities throughout.
