The whimsical name of the "Sienti ‘m può” fair of Norcia - one of the most important market fairs of local produce in town - derives from the phrase that would normally precede an offer of work from either Roman or Tuscan food shop owners hoping to hire the services of the celebrated meat curers of Norcia during the winter months. This year's fair will run on August 16th.
