Scenario childhood Entertainment Award finalist 2012, taken from the diary of Julia King, partisan and relay. When there was Goofy tells the story of two young boys in the period 1940-1945. The war is there but not seen, lies silent in their daily lives to stop their freedom.
Our project starts right from the sense of memory that our grandparents have passed down. Inside these memories we have found the values ​​that two young boys at the time felt strongly: freedom, the value of life, humor, relationships, willingness to believe in a better future together, poverty and dignity. From all this we were impressed, deeply affected, in the belly, we have been focusing on our lives, comfortable, fast, so full of freedom that we can not handle, so we do not know how to choose, because we have everything or everything is possible.
The purpose of this show is put in parallel with the youth's stolen then that of today, the similarities and differences of two generations so far away yet so close to the needs and requirements. Something important to our future that is still young by birth and that he needs to not only learn about the history of a war, but also the story of two people who have lived it. Two people who fought without weapons, to conquer and defend something they believed. Two people, like so many others remained anonymous, now grandparents, have a unique way to survive a period that changed our lives: tell. Our task now is to prolong the echo of a time when it was difficult to dream, in which it was hard to be happy, in which the offense was also listening to the radio, and yet, there were those who did the same. A world war, locked in a small room. In the most difficult and sad period of history, there has been someone who has tried to live as much as possible, in one way or another.
