Marsciano (PG) - Will start Tuesday, February 18, 2014 the basic training course for volunteers of Civil Defence organized by the Municipal Group "Marsciano, 2004" and recognized by the Umbria Region. The course is aimed at all those who, with their professionalism, their commitment and their solidarity, intend to be at the disposal of those who may need it in times of emergency.
There will be 12 lectures of 2 hours each plus a hands-on lesson with the assembly tent, the use of radios, maps and other equipment. The course will conclude with a final exam at the functional center of Foligno in Umbria. The lectures will cover the various aspects of emergency management, such as, for example, the analysis of the types of risk and the operation of emergency plans and in particular the study of the emergency plan of the municipality of Marsciano. Will also be addressed aspects of first aid and psychological support mechanisms for victims and rescuers.
