Spoleto (PG) - From April 21st to May 1st Eggi will be holding its annual festival devoted to asparagus. Now in its 25th edition, the festival offers fun, entertainment and a chance to explore the startling variety of traditional Umbrian dishes that use asparagus as one of their ingredients.
