San Giustino (PG) - From June 7th to 10th Lama will be holding its world festival devoted to gota, or bacon, with a densely packed programme of entertainment and good food. Gota is one of the specialities of Lama and is made here using rigorously locally reared pork. Typically used as an ingredient in Pasta alla Carbonara, all'Amatriciana or just gently warmed over a hot slice of bread.
